Founding Member Commitment.
To become a FOUNDING MEMBER of the International Law Enforcement Training (ILET) Community, you will have to meet the following criteria:
- Must be an Active or Retired Law Enforcement or Public Safety Professional; and/or
- An Active or Retired member of an Armed Forces recognized by NATO; and/or
- An Active Instructor or Trainer in the fields of Law Enforcement or Public Safety.
In addition, we expect ALL FOUNDING MEMBERS to adhere to the following principles:
- Must maintain professionalism and decorum within the Community at all times;
- Must strive to support fellow ILET members when possible to do so;
- Must represent themselves, their agency(s), and/or their community with the utmost dignity and respect for all; and
- Must be diligent in their search for knowledge and continued personal growth.

Why are there only 200 spots in the Founder's Program ?
The concept of the founder's program was to create a CORE GROUP of individuals that hold the same MISSION and VALUES as our ILET Network Team and our Partners.
If you've been a part of ILET events or training in the past, you know that our primary focus is the delivery of ACTIONABLE and RELEVANT training to as many officers as possible.
To accomplish that goal, and to establish the ILET Training Community as the PREMIER PLATFORM for Law Enforcement Training, we need to bring in the very best. To achieve this, we will be utilizing all the revenue from this program to bring in full-time staff to fulfill YOUR NEEDS as a member of this platform.
Initial plans are to hire a Community Manager, Training Programs Manager, and a Grant Writing Officer.
Can I pay in installments ?
Unfortunately, to join ILET as a Founding Member, your initial commitment must be covered in a one-time payment.
To achieve MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY and EFFECTIVENESS, all funds are earmarked for service to facilitate the growth of the platform and to enhance the ability of ILET to deliver the best training programs possible for our members.
What is does VIP Access mean ?
One of the most received requests at ILET is to facilitate an IN-PERSON TRAINING CONFERENCE. We've heard you and we are making that request a reality.
Starting in 2022, ILET will be working with Partners, Associations, and Organizations in the Law Enforcement and Public Safety fields to facilitate in-person training events, conferences, and programs.
During these LIVE EVENTS, you, as a Founding Member, will receive exclusive invites and ACCESS to INVITE-ONLY EVENTS hosted by ILET Network where you will get the opportunity to meet our partners, instructors, speakers, and core ILET team.
You will also receive 50% OFF ALL IN-PERSON EVENT REGISTRATION fees as well as special rates and discounts with conference and event sponsors.
Is this different than a Standard ILET Community Membership ?
Yes.
Simply put, as a Founding Member, you will receive all of the PERKS and BENFITS described on this page PLUS all the benefits of a Standard ILET Community membership.
Standard Members will not receive the same level or value of discount(s) associated with the Founder's Program nor will they have LIFETIME ACCESS to the Platform.
What is Lifetime Access ?
As a Founding Member, you will receive ongoing (lifetime) access to the ILET Training Community as long as you wish to be a member.
You will not have to pay an annual membership to the platform*, regardless of any price increase or addition to services or deliverables.
You will automatically recieve FREE EVENT REGISTRATION to all Online Annual ILET Summits.
And, you will always maintain your Founding Member status, regardless of your activity level on the platform. We do, however, request that you review our Founding Member Principles as described above.
*Does not include IDP registration and/or annual program access. Founding Members do receive an annual DISCOUNT to the IDP Program of $500.00 USD per year.)
Do I get immediate access to the Community Platform?
Access to the ILET Training Community for Founding Members is a CUSTOMIZED ONBOARDING PROCESS wherein we bring you into the ILET Network as member of our team.
When you register as a Founding Member, a member of the ILET Team will be in touch with you within 24 hours to set-up a Private, 1-on-1 with ILET founder Adam Kinakin.
After your initial onboarding call, your custom profile will be created and exclusive access will be granted within the platform.
If you register as a Founding Member prior to the LAUNCH of the ILET Community on February 7th, 2022, you should expect completion of your onboarding to occur within 72 hours.
